Avery Deakins is a passionate musician with over fifteen years of experience as a live performer, in addition to extensive experience with studio tracking and live production. He is an accomplished multi-instrumentalist in a variety of styles and settings, known for carefully curated set lists as well as a talent for taking live requests. Following his formal training at Brevard College in North Carolina, Deakins has fronted, managed, and booked several musical acts for over eight years, having travelled to every state in the South playing a wide range of venues, events, and music festivals along the way. After being based out of both Athens, Georgia and Nashville, Tennessee for the past several years, Avery has followed the music to his new home in Atlanta to continue the journey immersed in one of the most exciting and growing scenes in the country. Fun Fact: Avery can do some mean impressions of Elvis, Billy Joel, Ray Charles, Frank Sinatra, Levon Helm, and Kermit the frog!
